I have the right to turn down a commission inquiry for any reason.

I do not provide hard deadlines, unless one is discussed beforehand. (VGen being the exception to this)

Payment is expected in full before the commission is started, unless discussed.

My NSFW account is @druumsofdeath. You must provide me with ID (D.O.B & full name matching your PayPal must be visible, anything else can be blurred for your safety.) to order sexually explicit artwork from me.

I only work with clear digital reference sheets.

I only work with premade character designs. I do not make designs from scratch for anything other than specifically custom-design commissions. (This excludes things such as pets)

Multiple characters is the price multiplied by how many characters will be in the drawing.

Any artwork you commission is for personal and non-commercial use only.

To inquire about a commission you may send me a message on any of my social media, or through my email ([email protected]), or (more easily) order through VGen.

Once your commission has been accepted I will add you to my queue and invoice you via PayPal if ordered outside of VGen.

Prices are a general estimate, and can increase based on the characters or concepts complexity.

Changes can be made at any point pre-lineart, after that point I will only make changes to the flat colour.

You will be emailed the high-res .png file upon completion. It is your responsibility to make sure you don't lose the file as I may clear out my iPad of old work at any given moment.

I do not offer refunds on the clients behalf after I have begun work on the commission.

Payment plans can be discussed for orders over £100.

Payment can be done through PayPal or Ko-fi. I do not have access to Cashapp or Venmo.

Only bid on auctions/put in an order if you have the money and are ready to pay instantly, any messing around or trying to beat around the bush regarding payment will result in being placed on my blacklist.

If you are wanting a payment plan or a hold of any kind this must be told to me, either in the comment or via DM, before you place your bid.

Private bids can be done, DM me with your desired bid amount and I will reply to the bidding thread on your behalf anonymously.

You may add your own rules to my designs, within reason (ex. locked trades are acceptable)

Do not buy my designs with the prospect of reselling for a higher price than their worth if there is no added artwork.

Giving my designs to people on my blacklist is prohibited.

"Offspring" designs may be made for OC stories, but don't create these with the intention of selling.

While owning one of my designs you are free to make any changes to them, but I still must be credited as their original designer.

All designs made by me must be kept on Toyhou.se. If you come into acquisition of one and do not own an account, let me know, I can provide a code.
